Fort Lauderdale Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Robert B. Stanton has developed a highly trained team of dental professionals within his practice. Each member of his hand-selected team has at least 15 to 20 years of experience, and his clinical chair side assistants are RDAEF (Registered Dental Assistant with Extended Functions) certified.

In addition to hiring the most qualified staff, Dr. Stanton assures that his patients receive the best possible care by recognizing the importance of team dynamics and the role synergy plays in delivering the best possible patient experience—from the first hello, to the successful completion of your smile enhancement and beyond. Dr. Stanton is such a well-versed and gifted team leader that he educates other dentists, oral surgeons and medical professionals on the art of professional team building.

Vicki – Patient Coordinator

Vicki is our veteran front desk coordinator. She has been working with Dr. Stanton for over eight years but has been in the dental field for over twenty years. Vicki loves to see when patients come in and get a full smile transformation and leave with a new level of self confidence. On the weekends, Vicki enjoys volunteering her time to Holly Dogs Rescue.

ANNA – OFFICE MANAGER

Our office manager Anna moved to Florida from Virginia in 2015. She has ten years of dental experience ranging from clinical training to office management of a large multi specialty dental practice.

Anna loves working in the dental field and getting to know our patients and watching their lives change through improvement of their self confidence and oral health. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her boyfriend and take their two dachshunds to the dog park or beach.

HEATHER – RDH/REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Heather grew up in Long Island, NY but her love of the beach and outdoor activities prompted her to relocate to sunny South Florida two years ago. She earned her BS from St. John’s University in Queens, NY before attending NYC College of Technology in Brooklyn NY to pursue a career in dental hygiene.

She strives to build relationships with her patients and takes pride in providing a relaxed and comfortable environment. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, riding her bike and cooking.
